This patient had a droopy eyelid that did not improve and also had a noticeable difference between the left and right eyelids.
She also wanted to lower the height of her eyelid line to a more natural position. The patient had thick subcutaneous scarring (especially on the right side) and severe adhesions (possibly due to the previous surgeon's poor surgical technique). Careful debridement was necessary.
There was still some swelling at the time of suture removal.
